Often advised by elders, coconut oil is one of the best remedy for smooth and beautiful hair leaving a magical effect on your hair.
One of the best and effective ways to use it, is by heating the coconut oil at normal temperature.Then, apply it on your scalp and massage it nicely all over the scalp. For better results, dip a towel in hot water and tie it around your head. It not only provides a relaxing effect but also makes your hair strong and smooth.

HAIR WASH

Now cover your head with a towel damped nicely in hot water. Let it stay for about 5- 6 hours and rinse it off in the morning. This remedy is not only beneficial for dry hair and scalp but also provides an outstanding shiny and glossy hair.

AMLA REMEDY

Another problem faced by the middle aged people and even the youth is the graying of hair at an early age. To avoid the graying of hair at an early age, Amla plays a significant role.

Amla which has its own benefit can be consumed with water every day to avoid graying of hair. It can also be mixed with henna powder and applied on your hair.
To make the paste soak some dry amla in water and leave it overnight. Crush this soaked amla and mix it with henna powder. Once mixed well, apply the paste on your hair and scalp and keep it for 2 hours.Wash it off under tap water, once it dries.

EGG WHITE MASK

Egg white is considered to be one of the richest source of protein, once applied on hair it boosts the protein level of the roots thus, making it strong and thick.

For this mask, you require egg white according to your hair length and thickness. Add to it 2-3 drops of lemon juice and mix it well.

Apply it all over your hair and leave it for some time, for about 20 minutes.
Then, wash your hair with a proper shampoo and apply a conditioner.

AVOID HOT WATER AND HEAT

Heat is not considered good for hair and should be avoided. The hair styling techniques involving heat, often leaves the roots weak causing excessive hairfall and hair loss.

PREVENT TYING OF TOWEL TOO TIGHT
