<p>This year Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is one of the jury members at the Cannes Film Festival. For the opening ceremony, the gorgeous diva opted for Sabyasachi&#8217;s never-seen-before outfits and high-end jewelry. On the red carpet, Deepika wore a sequin golden-black striped 6-yard-garment that represented the Indian Bengal tiger. We can see the royal elegance in her outfit.</p>

<p>Styled by Shaleena Nathani, it is from the Akash Tara collection that appreciates and waxes poetic about heritage Indian crafts and techniques. The sequins are placed beautifully in the striped pattern in such a royal way that there is no answer. All the work on the saree was block printed and hand embroidered and is done by some of the finest craftsmen in India. This medley of gold and black came together and complimented her look with a strapless blouse.</p>
