We use tools to give new shape to our hair but the heat dries out hair and also changes the structure of our hair protein. We don’t give our full attention to our hair as we use to give to other things. Oiling and shampooing in the right way is necessary to be done otherwise our hair will be more damaged as time will pass. Hair cutting is the easiest step to come out of this problem and most people also choose this. But there are still some ways that can help you to repair your hair and get that shine and strength once again.

Some works, our mothers always forced us to do that time, like oiling, shampooing, massaging, etc, on time.

We can easily make any design in straight or curly hair to make them more attractive but the equipment you used to make it, may kill your hair’s moisture and make your scalp flaky and dry. Because of heat damage straight hair becomes dry, dull, frizzy, split-ended, and lackluster. You may know, how to treat your dry and dull hair to make them glossy and healthy again but people get frustrated when it comes to handling split ends which is one of the main results of heat damage.

You can get your healthy and flawless hair back with some tips. There are some works that are necessary to be done, they just do not cure the damage but also prevent more hair damage to happen.

Oiling

We have replaced it with products like some oil replacements. Because of busy schedules or fashionable lifestyles, we don’t do oiling often which is not good for our hair. Oiling can help you to prevent hair fall and split ends. Oiling is the best way for your hair moisturized and healthy. It goes into the roots of the hair and made them strong. While oiling also nourishes the scalp of the head and works on your every hair to make it thick. But in case of heat damage, you need to choose some good quality oils like Olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil or tea tree oil will be the preferred choice for it. Don’t forget to massage your scalp while oiling. Massage the oil properly from root to end, you can also warm it a little for better results. Somehow, it also helps full to make you feel relaxed. Do Shampoo often

This thing is not something about which we have to suggest to you because it is already a part of the routine for each of us. But still, we are telling you something to follow when you shop for your shampoo. Shampoo is used to clean sebum and dirt from the scalp and make your hair frizz-free and manageable. Go for the shampoo which suits you and definitely, not being harsh or makes your hair rougher. Most importantly, also look for sulfate-free shampoos.

Switch to trimming

Well, trimming is important for brittle hair. Trimming does not mean you have to have to cut your hair length significantly, but it means you just need to get your hair trimmed so that you can get rid of damaged ends for a fresh and healthy look. Split ends are so common nowadays, they may happen without even heat damage, so trimming will help you with that.

Try some home remedies

You can heal your heat-damaged hair with the help of some remedies too, want to know how? Let’s see

First Remedy:-

  1. Gently massage your hair and scalp with warm olive oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Cover with a warm towel and leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Finally, shampoo and condition your hair.
  4. Follow this remedy at least once a week.

Second Remedy:-

  1. Mix the pulp of 1 ripe avocado and 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil in a blender.
  2. Apply it to your hair, leave it on for about 1 hour, and then wash it out.

Third Remedy:-

  1. Massage 1 whisked egg on your scalp and hair for a few minutes.
  2. Cover with a shower cap and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  3. Rinse with cool water and shampoo as usual.
