Ritu Phogat, an Indian wrestler, had her mehndi ceremony recently. Phogat is from Haryana and is a Commonwealth Games gold medalist. The mehndi ceremony is a traditional Indian wedding ceremony in which the bride’s hands and feet are decorated with henna.
