Action on Valid Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, K4Fashion may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the user who uploaded or submitted the content that access to the material has been removed or disabled.
K4Fashion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate user accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others or are the subject of multiple valid DMCA complaints.
