Vegetable Juices for Weight Gain

If you want to gain weight or even want to lose it, you must understand the importance of balancing things. Making a balance between things is crucial in life and so in gaining or losing weight. Understand it in terms of energy. We all have heard the word ‘calorie’. This calorie actually is energy. To get the carrot in juice form, you have to take 3-4 carrots, a small amount of black pepper, salt, one spoon of cream, and a small amount of sugar. You can also add few pieces of beetroot and tomato, if you want a better taste. Put all these in juicer.

Let the juice come out. Drink this juice. The carrot juice can increase weight in the long run i.e if you consume it daily.

2. Beetroot juice for weight gain

Beets are one of the most nutritious vegetable. Beetroot juice color resembles the color of blood. This indicates that it helps new blood cells to grow along with muscle mass. Beetroot contains huge amount of iron, potassium, manganese, folate along with vitamin C. The process of extracting the juice from beetroot is easy if you use a good juicer. All you have to do is to wash the beetroots, chop it into small pieces for your juicer. Put these in juicer along with small pieces of ginger roots.

Let them process inside the juicer. Put the juice in a glass. Now, add few drops of lemon and a small amount of salt according to taste you like. If you don’t like its taste, you can add 2 to 3 pieces of tomato or cucumber. This should make you love the beetroot juice. 3. Tomato juice for weight gain

You may have heard that tomato juices helps in losing weight. But you should know that it can also helps you in increasing weight. Tomato is a vegetable that is present everywhere. Consuming it in any form is beneficial for your health. As it is a full package of good amount of proteins, minerals, dietary fibre and vitamins. You must be thinking how a tomato can help in gaining weight. Actually, tomato is a rich source of fibre. And it has two types of fibre. One is soluble fibre and other one is insoluble fibre. The soluble fibre helps in weight loss as this fibre becomes the source of food for the bacteria once it forms a gel-like substance.

So, this fibre is not good for you but insoluble fibre can be a good friend for your weight and help you increase it. Insoluble fibre makes it hard for absorption by sticking together with fats present. You must not remove fibre. To make tomato juice. You need 2 to 3 tomatoes along with little bit of black pepper, little bit of salt, one spoon of sugar and one spoon of cream. Now, put all these ingredients in juicer and let the juicer work.

Collect the juice in a glass. This juice should be consumed within 2 hours of making. That way it can be a boon for gaining weight. It can add 40-50 calories to your daily calories count.

4. Pumpkin juice for weight gain

Pumpkin is one of the easily available vegetable throughout the year. Also, it can help you in gaining weight. So, you must take advantage of this. Pumpkin is a rich source of vitamin A, beta-carotene, various anti-oxidants. It contains a good amount of starch too. Consuming pumpkin juice can provide you quite good amount of calories(40-50 calories) along with your diet. Making pumpkin juice is an easy task. Choose a pumpkin with smooth skin and feel heavy compared to its size.

Now, first wash it, then cut it into half and take out all the seeds inside it. Remove the peel. Cut it into pieces suitable for your juicer. Put the pieces in juicer. Add some sugar, little bit salt, cinnamon powder, few pieces of ginger roots. Also, add very little amount of water to it. Turn on the juicer and let the magic happen for a few minutes. Take out the juice in glass and consume it. You can add some mint leaves for the flavor. Do not filter the pulp. As it contains good amount of fibre.

Weight gain is easy. But you have to be patient about this. The process of gaining weight can be very lengthy. So, you should take balanced diet along with these vegetable juices for weight gain. Also, you can include yoga especially for weight gain in your daily schedule and get good weight gain.
