1. Oatmeal and Egg Face Mask

Things you need –

  • 3 tablespoon of oatmeal
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of curd

Process to follow-

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add 3 tablespoon of oatmeal to the bowl.
  • Now add 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon of honey to bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients well.
  • Now add 1 tablespoon of curd.
  • Mix the ingredients well until it becomes smooth.
  • Your face mask is ready to be applied.
  • Apply this mask on clean face and neck,
  • Leave it for 10-15 mins.
  • After 10-15 mins wash your face with cold water.
  • Towel dry followed by a suitable moisturiser.

How often– Twice a week.

How it helps- This mask will help in removing all the impurities and dirt from the face and this mask is good for monsoon season.

  • 2 tablespoons of besan
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Half lemon
  • 2-3 tablespoons of rose water

  • Add 2 tablespoons of besan in the bowl with a pinch of turmeric.
  • Now 2-3 tablespoons of rose water in the bowl.
  • Mix the paste well.
  • Now add half lemon juice and give it a nice mix.
