Take any transparent soap like pears soap that is high in glycerine and oil content and grate the soap finely on a plate. Use the double boil method to melt the grated soap. To do the double boil method, take a pan and fill it with water. Take another pan smaller than the first pan and put the grated soap in it. Wait until the soap is melted.

After the soap is being melted, add the paste to it and let it boil for 5 minutes. And add 2 Vitamin E capsules to it and mix it well. Take a bowl or anything you want to mould the soap. Pour the mixture into a bowl and leave it for 30 minutes. And finally, the Neem soap will be formed.
