Fenugreek also is known as Trigonella foenum-graecum, is one of the oldest cultivated medicinal plants of native Europe and southern Asia. a very popular plant grown throughout Mediterranean regions, Argentina, North Africa, India, and the US. 1. Fenugreek seeds + castor oil + coconut oil

  • Take a cup of fenugreek seeds and grind it using water to make a paste or use overnight soaked fenugreek seeds and grind it
  • Take about 3-4 tablespoons of fenugreek paste and to it add 1 tablespoon of castor oil, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, and mix well
  • Apply it on the clean scalp and rinse it off after 45 minutes with a mild shampoo
  • Repeat it twice a week for the best results

2. Fenugreek seeds + coconut oil + curry leaves

Procedure to prepare:

  • Take a pan and add one cup of coconut oil to it and let it heat for 2 minutes on low flame and then add 3 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and half a cup of curry leaves
  • Cook them for at least 10 minutes on low flame
  • Then strain it off and transfer it to a glass jar

Procedure to apply:

  • To use this oil make sure the oil is warm before applying and you can warm the oil by double boiling

1. Fenugreek seeds + lemon juice

  • Soak 3 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds overnight and grind them until you reach the consistency of paste
  • To it add lemon juice by squeezing a lemon
  • Mix it well and take sections of your hair and apply
  • Leave it for  30 minutes and then rinse it off with mild shampoo
  • Repeat it once a week for the best results

  • Apply it to your scalp by parting your hair into sections
